Aluminium plate/ tubing/ extrusions
We provide CNC cutting services for aluminium plate, aluminium tubing, composites such as sign-bond and aluminium extrusions, With capabilities up to 32mm thick aluminium plate and tubing at 100mm dia. Our process ensures clean, precise cuts with tolerances that are fit for purpose, making it suitable for both engineering and manufacturing applications
Plastics
From acrylic, polycarbonate, HDPE, nylon and other engineering plastics, our CNC equipment deliver accurate cuts with clean edges, making it suitable for signage, industrial components, and custom fabrication.
Wood
A range of Plywood, MDF, particle board up to 50 mm thick cut. Processes such as recessing pockets, drilling and bevelling edges are easily done.
